The requirements for a new partner are:

    

>10 years management experience in industry

Experience as a consultant / interim manager

Fluency in various languages

High levels of ethics and social competence

Methodological know how

Good references

Our selection process has the following steps:

- examining the written documentation

- personal interviews

- obtaining the candidate's references

- test project

- continued cooperation
